Our Background
Founded in the memory of Late Shri Narsing Eknath Nadiwade (NEN), the foundation is deeply rooted in a lived journey of resilience and transformation. Shri NEN came from a rural, below-poverty background and was a first-generation learner who experienced firsthand the barriers of limited resources, lack of guidance, and social constraints.
Despite these challenges, education became the turning point of his life. Through perseverance, self-discipline, and continuous learning, he transformed hardship into strength—eventually establishing himself and dedicating his journey to uplifting others from similar backgrounds.
Inspired by this lived experience, Yashodeep works to identify, support, and nurture economically disadvantaged yet talented students, especially from rural areas. By providing educational support, skill development, mentoring, and exposure, the organization aims to break the cycle of poverty and create confident, self-reliant individuals.
Our mission is not just to educate, but to build role models within rural communities—proving that with the right support, first-generation learners can rise, lead, and inspire others to dream bigger.
Main Objectives
- Identify and support deserving students with exceptional talent by providing assistance, mentorship, and educational resources to help them achieve academic and professional aspirations.
- Establish, manage, and operate programs, initiatives, and centers offering educational guidance, career counseling, skill development, and mentorship to students facing challenges in accessing quality education.
- Collaborate with educational institutions, government bodies, corporate organizations, and philanthropic individuals to facilitate support, training, and learning opportunities for students.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and awareness programs on academic excellence, career development, personal growth, and skill-building to empower students for a successful future.
- Provide scholarships, grants, sponsorships, and other educational aid to meritorious students to ensure uninterrupted access to education and skill development.
- Establish and maintain libraries, research centers, digital learning platforms, and skill development institutes dedicated to supporting students in need of educational assistance.
- Promote innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership among talented students by organizing competitions, incubation programs, and mentorship sessions with industry experts and professionals.
- Engage in initiatives that promote awareness about education, career opportunities, and support systems through digital platforms, social media, publications, and community outreach programs.
- Undertake all such activities as may be necessary, incidental, or conducive to attaining the above objectives in compliance with all applicable laws.
